Ensures the educational development of students, the professional development of teachers and a strong relationship between the school, district and community

implementing policies, curriculum plans and programs, developing procedures, providing a safe and healthy environment conducive to learning.

assisting in the implementation of instructional programs, observing classroom instruction, and evaluating instructional program.

Assists in maintaining high quality staff
